An excellent and unique combination of fibers, silica sands, portland cement, and proprietary chemicals, the Xypex Megamix I is a thin and easy-to-apply formula that is used as a coating over various substrates for multiple purposes Xypex Megamix I is used as waterproof coating for vertical concrete block surfaces and cast-in-place concrete walls, a secondary or cap coat for Xypex Concentrate coatings to porous masonry surfaces, and Lining for swimming pools, tunnels and tanks. It tends to provide optimal adhesion to concrete substrates and leaves it with a clear and uniform finish. Additionally, it also minimizes the surface absorption on the substrate. With versatile applicability, this NSF 61 certified coating can be used for various purposes like for sealing and resurfacing of vertical concrete and masonry substrates, as a secondary coat for Xypex concentrates, lining for various water-exposed architectural structures. Before use, it needs to be blended with Xypex Admix to furnish the surface with an enhanced bond. To ease your trouble, it can be effortlessly applied with the help of a brush or a trowel.
