SMS customer-care messages and privacy
Valish Company sends customer-care text messages under its own name and its trade names, including Valish & Company, Pocono Restorations, Habitat Building, and Amero Exteriors. Messages may include replies to inquiries, service appointment updates, project updates, invoice reminders, and acknowledgments of contact inquiries.
We collect your phone number, message content, communication preferences, and records of SMS consent and opt-out requests to provide this service. Providing a phone number or starting a website chat does not by itself enroll you in ongoing SMS updates. We obtain your consent before sending ongoing updates. If you text us first, we may reply about that inquiry; this does not enroll you in promotional messages.
Message frequency varies based on your inquiries, appointments, and active projects. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to SMS is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services.
