Raeco Feather Spread RPS™ is a fast-setting, high strength, smooth textured, single component concrete repair compound for floors and concrete walls. Consisting of a uniform, premixed blend of Portland cements and select aggregates with polymer modification to promote lasting surface adhesion, it is used for renovation and new construction. Feather Spread RPS™ is for multipurpose repairs and is specially formulated as a floor covering underlayment. It can be mixed with 5 pounds of #16 silica per pail for ramps up to 2" and may be used as a wall skimming compound to provide a smooth, even-colored, monolithic cement finish. With the proper adjustment of water, Feather Spread RPS™ be also be used for filling bug holes, honeycombs, pop-outs, inserts recesses, brace points, chamfer spalls and reveal strip repairs. Feather Spread RPS™ is designed to smooth out uneven subfloors. Feather Spread RPS™ is designed for leveling floors on projects where a smooth surface is desired in a short amount of time. Install Feather Spread RPS™ over concrete, terrazzo and cement backer substrates. For deeper fill areas please refer to Quick fix™ or our Self Leveling Underlayments. For vertical repairs exceeding 1" inch, use Silpro Repair VOH. Application: Use a steel finish trowel to place the Feather Spread RPS™ to a properly prepared substrate forcing the material into the voids. Feather Spread RPS™ has no minimum thickness. A test application is recommended.
