Sepa Seal 5000 is a single-component gunnable butyl rubber caulking compound specially formulated for use as a detailing sealant for the Kingfield Novatak™ Pre-Applied system and as a detailing sealant for Kingfield's Hydrogel and Turbo-Seal fluid applied waterproofing. Sepa Seal 5000 is formulated from virgin butyl rubber for superior durability and performance. It forms a lasting seal to Novatak™ butyl membrane and dissimilar surfaces.
