About this product
MonoTop is a highly flexible, water-based, acrylic elastomeric compound that is applied as a weather/wear coat over either of AguaSeal's foundation coat systems: AguaBase or MonoBase. MonoTop effectively protects the AguaSeal waterproofing system from the damaging effects of sun, wind, salt air, and rain. It withstands sustained winds of 120 mph and higher, protecting the watertight integrity of the roof and the building beneath. MonoTop is available in a wide range of colors to provide aesthetically pleasing visible finishes. In white, however, MonoTop exhibits ultra violet and infrared reflective qualities that provide significant cool roof advantages.
