About this product
MonoBase is a water based, acrylic, flexible, durable, and highly elastomeric waterproofing base that is suitable for application over most low slope, metal, and other roofing substrates. MonoBase is used in conjunction with MonoTop to provide a single ply watertight membrane. The 100% adhesion of the system to the existing roof substrate eliminates the expense of old roof removal and disposal.
