SC-21 Lithium Silicate is an easy to apply, ready to use concrete densifier. SC-21 will react with the concrete to fill and seal capillaries in concrete creating a dense hard surface which will minimize any future dusting and will allow coatings to adhere securely. SC-21 is zero VOC and will improve the sheen and strength of concrete surfaces.
