United Coatings Roof Mate Liquid Fabric is a water-based, acrylic flexible liquid fabric seam sealer that does not require reinforcing fabric on properly fastened horizontal seams of metal roofs -- therefore significantly less labor than the typical 3-course method. This product can be used to seal properly fastened horizontal seams on metal roofs without the use of flashing fabric when horizontal seams are properly secured as per product application specifications.
