Two-Component, Epoxy-Based, Vapor Barrier Primer. TREMprime VB Plus Primer is a two-component, epoxy-based solvent-free vapor barrier primer for concrete surfaces. It is low odor, non-flammable, and is proven to reduce moisture vapor emissions on concrete slabs. It also resists damage from sustained high alkalinity up to pH 14, and meets or exceeds the requirements of ASTM F3010-13, "Standard Practice for Two-Component Resin-Based Membrane-Forming Moisture Mitigation Systems".
