Wrap Strips from SpecSeal are used to firestop flammable penetrants like nonmetallic pipes and pipe insulation Both ""tuck-in"" implementations (where strips are fastened all around penetrant and inserted into the aperture) and constraining collar assemblies were created (for surface mounting). Wrap strips were used in combination with some other SpecSeal products to create systems for bigger apertures or sophisticated penetrant arrangements. All types of construction, including hard foundations, concrete over steel decks, concrete blocks, solid concrete facades, plasterboard panel walls, and wood ground assemblies, can gain from SpecSeal Wrap Strips. Installing and minimizing waste is made easier with manageable 12 ft (3.7 m) rolls or individually sized strips.
