Wearcoat is a flat water-based emulsion floor, wall and maintenance coating displaying abrasion resistance and excellent adhesion characteristics. Wearcoat is available in smooth or in a version containing aggregate, making it non-skid. Wearcoat Clear is a glossy, transparent, durable coating also displaying abrasion resistance and excellent adhesion characteristics. Advantages: Water-Based for easy clean up of equipment Dries quickly to give early "walk on" ability Forms a tough film Good chemical resistance Good abrasion resistance Colored Wearcoat can be applied as a non-skid finish if required (Clear Wearcoat is not available in non-skid) Easy to re-coat damaged or worn places in areas of excessive traffic.
