About this product
Sealopatch is an easy to use, Portland cement based single component patching and repair mortar. It is supplied as a gray powder and is simply mixed with water to form a trowel able mortar. Advantages: Easy to mix and apply High mechanical and abrasion resistance Adjustable consistency Non toxic Good volumetric stability Excellent workability Adherence to almost any substrate Coefficient of expansion similar to concrete Uses: Patching spalling and flaking concrete areas Creating crickets and cants on decks to facilitate good drainage Filling compound to level surface irregularities Filling low spots on roof surfaces to create good drainage. Application: While the substrate is still damp, trowel the repair mortar vigorously into the surface. Where adhesion is of particular concern, apply a bond coat of Cemflex liquid directly before the application of the Sealopatch repair mortar. Maximum thickness per layer 1 1/4".
