Sealoment Plus, when mixed with water, forms a paintable coating which can be used as a primer or as rigid waterproofer for rigid surfaces. Advantages: Hardens cellular lightweight concrete Resists negative hydrostatic pressure Economical Provides hard abrasion resistant surface Easy to mix and apply Non-toxic Excellent adhesion to concrete Vapor permeable Applies easily with roller or brush Excellent primer for on grade concrete Uses: A primer and case hardener for cellular lightweight concrete A negative head waterproofer on masonry walls and floors. Sealoment Plus will prevent dusting and improve adhesion of subsequent coatings A coating for concrete decks and walkways A primer for Wearcoat or Coraflex for concrete A waterproofing primer for concrete block walls prior to the application of Sealcoat Elastic or Coraflex. Application: Using brush or roller, apply one generous coat of Sealoment Plus to surface. For uses other than priming, apply at least two coats of Sealoment Plus. Allow 1st coat to harden sufficiently before applying second coat.
