Sealoflex Finish Coat is a waterborne, single component roof coating. It is a tough, flexible material which displays excellent UV and ozone resistance. Finish Coat is generally used in conjunction with Sealoflex Pink and Sealoflex Fabric to form a fully adhered single ply roofing membrane. Sealoflex Finish Coat is also used extensively as a protective coating on existing and new roofing substrates such as single plies, modified asphalt membranes, and metal roofs.
