Polyguard 650RC Liquid Adhesive is an asphaltic solvent based liquid adhesive which meets ASTM-D-41 and improves adhesion of membrane to substrate. Always use on concrete bridge decks and milled pavement surfaces. 650RC Liquid Adhesive comes in 5 gallon pails and 55 gallon drums. HAZMAT.
