P-801VOC Concrete Primer is a single component urethane based penetrating primer. It is used to seal concrete or ply wood substrates to ensure adhesion when applying Pecora-Deck™800/800LV and HB1000 deck coating systemss. It is also used to ensure the adhe sion of new polyurethane coatings to existing (fully cured) polyurethane coat ings. P-801VOC rejuvenates the existing polyurethane coating, allowing the new polyurethane coating to chemically bond with the existing polyurethane coating.
