Low-modulus expoxy 70750/70751 (Hempel 472JB) is a two-component, 100% solids, moisture tolerant, flexible, lowmodulus epoxy. Recommended for use as a binder for epoxy overlay systems and for use as a wearing course with aggregate for Neogard traffic bearing coating systems. Note: Not for use as a topcoat , product is too soft and will be damaged. Moisture tolerant. Excellent viscosity for leveling. Meets South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) VOC requirements.
