7100 Neoflex (Hempel 58015) is a water-based, high-build, elastomeric wall coating. Recommended for use as protection of concrete, masonry, stucco, and Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems (EIFS). Anti-carbonation: resists ingress of carbon dioxide to concrete. Meets South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) VOC requirements.
