SPEED CRETE BLUE LINE is a special combination of blended portland cement, finely processed chosen aggregates, and specific chemical additives designed to offer a speedy set, particularly for underwater use SPEED CRETE BLUE LINE is chemically "hyper hydrated," resulting in an extremely stable, low permeability cementitious matrix. To reach the required mix consistency, SPEED CRETE BLUE LINE will take about 5 to 5.5 qt (4.7 to 5.2 L) of potable water every 50 lb (22.7 kg) bag or pail. Fill a clean container halfway with the indicated amount of water. Mix in the indicated amount of SPEED CRETE BLUE LINE for no more than 60 seconds to get a hard, no-slump, putty-like consistency.
