About this product
DELTA®-FASSADE FLASHING is a high-performance, durable, self-adhering flashing with critical, long-term UV protection. Designed for use in open cladding systems with DELTA®-FASSADE S, the flashing is highly UV resistant and comes in matching matte black to maintain the desirable high-end shadow look. It is composed of a carrier film made from DELTA®-FASSADE S along with a highly aggressive pressure-sensitive adhesive and an easily removed split paper release. The product provides superior adhesion and sealing around windows, doors, and other penetrations for a watertight building enclosure while maintaining the critical UV protection of the system. DELTA® FASSADE FLASHING and DELTA® FASSADE TAPE are designed for use with DELTA® FASSADE S Water resistive Barrier with open joint claddings of which expose up to 40% of the entire facade surface. DELTA® FASSADE FLASHING and DELTA® FASSADE TAPE provide air and water tightness at overlaps, fasteners and detail areas. They provide the same high UV light resistance as DELTA® FASSADE S and contribute to an energy-efficient building enclosure.
