Flannery's Direct Application EIFS Vents are ventilated trims that can be inserted into an exterior insulation and finishing system (EIFS) soffit. With their beveled and thinning attachment flanges, Direct Application EIFS Vents can be installed over the EIFS substrate before the final finish is applied. Flannery offers Direct Application EIFS Vents in a number of depths for different soffit material thicknesses as well as a number of reveal widths for just the right amount of ventilation.
