About this product
Beadboard 3TL is unlike anything else on the market. At 8-1/4" actual width, 3TL is a third wider than 2TL, so it will cover the same area faster than any standard Beadboard profile installation. TightLap gives you the best of both worlds -the larger lap of the 4' x 8' Beadboard panel and the traditional tongue & groove of our Beadboard. TightLap delivers faster installation, better hold, a larger concealed nailing area, and reversible bead/channel repeat. A cellular PVC formulation, CertainTeed Restoration Millwork is used as non-load bearing exterior trim. Our trimboards come with FinishedEdge®. The product edges are heat sealed using a proprietary CertainTeed process that creates a smooth finish, preventing dirt from collecting on the surface. This "smooth edge" feature is also available on all corners. It can be installed in such areas as cornerboards, soffits, fascias, column wraps, door pilasters, frieze boards, non-load bearing rake boards, architectural millwork, door trim, and window trim. It is suitable for residential and light commercial applications. Restoration Millwork comes in Natural White and does not require painting for protection.
