Western Colloid's #970 A2A Bonding Primer (Acrylic to Asphalt) is a water based, clear acrylic primer. It is formulated with premium acrylic resins that are designed to improve the adhesion of acrylic coatings to smooth asphalt products. #970 A2A Bonding Primer is designed to be used as a primer coat for ElastaHyde over smooth (non-granulated) asphalt roofing such as APP, SBS, Mopping Asphalt and Asphalt Emulsion. #970 A2A Bonding Primer also aids in the adhesion of the acrylic coating in ponding conditions over most substrates.
