Description SC-70F Acrylic Lacquer Flat Sealer is a clear, single component, VOC compliant solvenated lacquer sealer and glaze. It is a very hard acrylic polymer that is UV and stain resistant and is designed to protect and beautify concrete substrates. The solvent base can help the material to penetrate and adhere to concrete. SC-70F will darken the substrate and produce a flat or "natural look".
