Versico's X-Tenda Coat Acrylic Coating is a water-based, high-solids elastomeric coating that provides excellent durability, weatherproofing, and resistance to fire, UV, algae, and mildew. Versico's X-Tenda Coat can significantly extend the life of existing EPDM, TPO, PVC, Hypalon®, metal, smooth BUR, SBS, and APP modified bitumen roofs. X-Tenda Coat forms a waterproof elastomeric seal, uniformly covering the textured profile of various substrates to form a monolithic membrane and providing protection from weathering, aging, and ultraviolet exposure.
