About this product
VapAir Seal 725TR serves as an air and vapor barrier and a temporary roof (for up to 120 days). This product is best used over concrete, DensDeck®, or SECUROCK® substrates and features a polypropylene film surface to enhance weathering performance and resistance to foot traffic. When installing the permanent roof system, the poly film surface serves as an excellent substrate for insulation attachment using DASH™ or Flexible DASH Adhesive. If insulation is mechanically attached, VapAir Seal 725TR's self-adhering properties allow it to seal around the fasteners, preventing air and moisture from entering the roofing system.
