About this product
Versico's Pourable Sealer is a two-component, solvent-free, polyurethane based product compatible with VersiGard Black or White membranes. It is a material designed to provide a flexible, durable and long-lasting seal around hard-to-flash penetrations in Versico's EPDM Roofing Systems. The product can also be used to provide a permanent tie-in between the membranes and a built-up roof surface, and for attaching lightning rod bases and ground cable clips to the membrane surface.
