United Coatings Roof Mate MB Plus Coating is a water based, low-VOC, acrylic coating. It is a sprayable polymeric coating, which cures to form a seamless rubber membrane. It covers and protects (smooth and granulated) and smooth BUR, and acts as a primer on metal. Roof Mate MB Plus (white only) is a reflective product that will help to reduce building temperatures. Roof Mate MB Plus (white only) is listed by the Cool Roof Rating Council for solar reflectance and thermal emittance. It is highly reflective, flexible and, due to unique emulsion chemistry, resists unsightly bleed-through over asphalt substrates better than solvent-based systems. Available in white (for maximum reflectivity) and custom colors. It is non-flammable.
