USP 954 Premium Modified Flashing Cement is an easy spreading, quick bonding rubberized cold process mastic for vertical surface and flashing conditions of APP or SBS modified bitumen membranes and BUR sheets to various roof surfaces, base and/or ply sheets. Made from a combination of high grade refined modified asphalts, a high polymer content, a special solvent blend, and non-asbestos reinforcing fibers. Contains no fillers or extenders of any type. Will not run, slip, sag or mudcrack. Ideal for repairing or flashing modified bitumen membranes.
