980 ETERNALASTIC ACRYLIC PRIMER is a water based product developed to help ensure superior finished coating adhesion as well as prevent coating discoloration. For metal roofing, it is recommended that all asphalt products be removed. #980 Eternalastic Acrylic Primer should be applied and allowed to dry over those areas where residual asphalt remains. Primer application can be by brush, roller, or airless sprayer. #980 Eternalastic Acrylic Primer promotes coating adhesion, prevents asphalt bleed through, is easily applied, and is environmentally friendly.
