#711 Cold-Process Lap Cement is a high grade, fibered, asphalt solvent blend of medium brushing consistency that is recommended as a lap cement, adhesive for use with rolled roofing membranes, and blind-nailing overlap applications. It minimizes the risk of wrinkles, blisters and other problems and may also be used for bonding gravel or granule surfacing for built-up roofing systems.
