ROOF X TENDER® 99 Cold Weather Primer is a high penetrating primer developed specifically for ROOF X TENDER® tapes. ROOF X TENDER® 99 is based on VOC exempt solvents and synthetic adhesive polymers to provide an aggressive bonding agent for use in cold weather applications and on difficult to adhere surfaces. This product should be used on applications using ROOF X TENDER® Tapes when temperatures fall between -30°F and 40°F. It is also widely used as a coalescing agent on surfaces which have difficult to remove dirt or particulate matter. Finally, it is a great primer for porous surfaces such as concrete, brick, mortar and wood to improve adhesion of ROOF X TENDER® tape products. This product is not recommended for use on PVC.
