RXT-905 Patch 'N Seal is manufactured using Premium Grade SEBS Polymers to provide exceptional performance and durability. RXT-905 Patch 'N Seal is a versatile sealant ideal for repairing cracks and splits, penetrations, drains, scuppers and seams in a variety of roofs and is ideal for use on metal and some single ply membranes. ROOF X TENDER® 905 may also be used on Built up and Modified Membranes. Use on asphalt based products may result in some bleed through due to reactivation of asphalt. ROOF X TENDER® 905 Patch 'N Seal is a light trowel/heavy brush consistency which makes it an ideal sealant for metal roof seams and metal joints. Do not use for adhering shingle tabs or any other roofing material. It is not designed as an adhesive product.
