Firestop ES-105 Elastomeric Adhesive is a highly elastomeric, non-halogenated latex-based caulk that provides passively smoke and fire prevention in building joints This material can also be used to restore the sound dampening qualities of sound-rated ceilings and walls. The Firestop ES-105 Elastomeric Adhesive is designed to cling to almost any building surface and may be applied with regular caulking tools or troweling. When SpecSeal ES Elastomeric Sealant cures, it forms a flexible barrier against fire spread. Its superior latex binder technology is completely water resistant and won't re-emulsify after drying.
