SOPRAROCK MD is a rigid mineral fiber (rock wool) support panel of homogeneous density. SOPRAROCK MD must be mechanically fastened only. SOPRAROCK MD (mono density) is a rigid mineral fiber insulation for use in approved multi-ply membrane and flashing assemblies. SOPRAROCK MD is composed of basalt rock and slag, that when combined, result in insulation with an extremely high melting point. SOPRAROCK MD is water repellent yet vapor permeable.
