About this product
PA-828 Flashing Cement is specially formulated for use as a roofing membrane base flashing cement. It is produced from refined asphalt and low aromatic petroleum solvents with non-asbestos fibers added for reinforcement and enhanced slump resistance compared with general-purpose plastic cement.
