Seal Trust™ Flashing Tapes are uncured EPDM rubber. They feature specially formulated butyl mastic for roofing applications where pipes, stacks, vents, or corners need flexible flashing. This ensures no water infiltration into the roofing system. Flashing Tapes allow you to mold or slightly stretch the material; it then slowly cures to its final form. Our butyl mastic boasts superior tack and peel strengths. It remains flexible in harsh conditions and creates a permanent, watertight seal. Always use industry-standard roofing membrane cleaners and primers to clean surfaces before application.
