Lucas #776 Elite™ Flashing Cement is designed as a high-performance, super premium flashing cement intended for use on modified bitumen and asphalt roofs. It is also an excellent cold process inter-ply adhesive for SBS modified bitumen single-ply membranes. Cold process adhesives eliminate the need for hazardous torches and hot asphalt kettles. Also an excellent form tie cement for use with rubberized asphalt waterproofing systems. Lucas Elite™ is polymer modified and exhibits rubber like elastomeric properties. It is able to accommodate movement that will cause a conventional roof cement to fail. It is reinforced with polyolefin micro-fibers for superior tensile strength and a smooth uniform surface texture. Its improved adhesion to all surfaces, including wet or underwater, is guaranteed by hydrophobic surface active additives including a unique low surface tension adhesion promoter.
