Lucas #6500 Universal™ Flashing Cement is a solvent based Terpolymer sealant intended for the repair of asphalt, metal, modified bitumen, Kynar, concrete, PVC, TPO, Elvaloy/PVC, Hypalon (CSPE), PIB and EPDM roofs. This product is extremely strong and elastic. Unique surface active additives allow application to wet or underwater surfaces. This product is the ideal maintenance and repair product for all roofs in all weather. Lucas 6500 is VOC compliant in 49 states. Lucas #6500 Universal™ Flashing Cement is manufactured from synthetic elastomers, adhesive resins and polyolefin micro-fibers for reinforcement. Consistency is medium viscosity but high-bodied for application to vertical surfaces with no sagging.
