About this product
Lucas #5400 Thermoplastic Rubberized Asphalt Sealant is a high-performance, multipurpose thermoplastic elastomer based roofing sealant. Excellent adhesion to most surfaces including: metal, Kynar®, asphalt, shingles, modified bitumen, wood, concrete, tile, masonry and glass. It is also available in three grades: Brush Grade for sealing larger areas and gravel roofs, Trowel Grade for sealing flashings and penetrations and Caulk Grade in cartridges for residential roof and flashing installation and repair. Lucas #5400 is manufactured from UV stable SEBS thermoplastic elastomers. The asphalt portion of the formula provides excellent adhesion to asphaltic and other surfaces.
