Lucas #777 Rubberized Flashing Cement is a premium grade trowel-applied Flashing Cement used to install, rebuild, or repair roof flashings at parapet walls, stacks, gravel stops, monitors, vents and similar applications. This product may be used with polyester fabric reinforcement for permanent repairs to asphalt and modified bitumen roofs. This product may be applied to wet and underwater surfaces. Lucas #777 Rubberized Flashing Cement is manufactured from refined asphalt, SBS polymers, petroleum solvents, reinforcing fibers and a special water displacing additive. It applies smooth and fast and breaks cleanly off the trowel without stringing.
