Lucas #771 Flashing Cement is a premium quality trowel applied Flashing Cement used to install, rebuild or repair roof flashings at parapet walls, stacks, gravel stops, monitors, vents and similar applications. This product may be used with polyester fabrics, fiberglass or roll roofing for permanent repairs. Lucas #771 Flashing Cement is manufactured from higher softening point asphalt, petroleum solvents and reinforcing fibers. It applies smooth and fast and breaks cleanly off the trowel without stringing. No slate flour, limestone dust or other extenders are used.
