Lucas #1000TC Elastomeric Roof Coating is a 100% acrylic elastomeric roof coating intended for application to metal, modified bitumen, asphalt BUR, PVC, TPO, EPDM, Hypalon and concrete roofs. A high degree of rubber-like elasticity allows this product to accommodate wide swings in temperature and significant building movement. Lucas #1000TC and a #1000 series base coating, suitable for the roof system to be coated, is required. This product is formulated from 100% acrylic polymers. This is a water-based material and must be kept from freezing.
