Lucas #1000BC Elastomeric Roof Coating is a 100% acrylic elastomeric base coating intended for application to uncorroded metal, asphalt, modified bitumen PVC, BUR, EPDM, Hypalon and concrete roofs. A high degree of rubber-like elasticity allows this product to accommodate wide swings in temperature and significant building movement. This product requires a top coating of Lucas #1000TC. Lucas #1000BC is formulated from 100% acrylic polymers. This is a water-based material and must be kept from freezing.
