About this product
#4015 2 Part Epoxy Primer is a water-based adhesion promoting primer for use with Lucas #8000 Silicone Roof Coating and #4500 Semi-Self-leveling Sealer. #4015 is recommended for priming BUR, modified bitumen and aluminum coated roofs to improve adhesion of the top coating and to block asphalt bleed through. On single-ply roofs, #4015 may be used to increase long term adhesion in areas that retain water. #4015 may also be used as a vapor barrier coating on concrete roofs. #4015 is not intended for exposure to the elements and must be top coated with Lucas #8000 within five days of application. This is a water based product and must be kept from freezing.
