About this product
Polystick MU-X is a self-adhered waterproofing underlayment designed as a secondary water barrier for various roof coverings. Polystick MU-X is suitable for use with roof coverings and environments where a "high temperature underlayment" is desired. The polypropylene film surface offers slip-resistance. Reinforced with a fiberglass mat, Polystick MU-X has exceptional tensile strength and thermal stability. Polystick MU-X is rated as temperature resistant to 250°F and can be exposed on the roof for up to 90 days. Manufactured with patented Adeso Technology, a dual compound manufacturing process, Polystick MU-X features a proprietary modified bitumen upper surface and an aggressive self-adhesive compound on the bottom. Adeso Technology provides for a product with a true modified bitumen surface, and a split release film surface on the back allowing for exceptional long term performance and ease of application.
