About this product
PolyBrite 31 CB is a water-based Styrene Acrylic elastomeric coating that cures to form a seamless reflective barrier when applied over approved roofing substrates. PolyBrite 31 CB is specifically formulated for hot dry climates and extends the life cycle of new and existing roof systems by providing protection from ultraviolet sun and other weather conditions. Its highly reflective properties keep the roof surface cool resulting in reduced building energy cost in high temperate conditions. PolyBrite 31 CB exhibits wet hide during installation and dry hide once cured. The product's flexibility allows it to expand and contract to accommodate normal roof movement, therefore avoiding surface damage. Exceptional product flow and leveling characteristics results in ease of application.
