Pecora P-801 VOC Concrete Primer is a one component urethane based penetrating primer. P-801 VOC Concrete Primer is used to seal concrete or plywood substrates to ensure adhesion when applying Pecora-Deck™ 800 deck coating systems. It is also used to ensure the adhesion of new polyurethane coatings to existing (fully cured) polyurethane coatings. P-801VOC rejuvenates the existing polyurethane coating, allowing the new polyurethane coating to chemically bond with the existing polyurethane coating.
