Metacrylics Acrylic Bleed Blocker Primer is ideal for use over asphalt substrates. Asphalt substrates can bleed through acrylic and silicone coatings and Metacrylics Acrylic Bleed Blocker Primer provides a water-based solution to block "bleed through".
