1030 Secure Start® SG is a lightweight, smooth grade synthetic membrane suitable for use as a water shedding underlayment or dry-in sheet in steep slope roofing applications with asphalt shingles, wood shakes/shingles, metal, and mechanically-fastened roof tile. Its smooth surfaces, top and bottom, lessen shingle drag and speed installation. Secure Start® SG is approved for use under fire-rated, code-compliant roof coverings.
